I opened my agency in 2024 after spending seven years as a State Farm agent aspirant while earning my bachelor’s degree in business management from Rollins College. Before joining State Farm, I worked as a server, and I’ve always been driven by the goal of owning my own business and doing work that truly matters. Today, our team has grown to seven members, and we’re focused on building something that’s both high-performing and purpose-driven.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jessica Cruz Phung - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
